The homes for sale now were built from 1970 to 1976. Updates vary from house to house. Ask about the age of the roof, heating and cooling system and water heater, and have a full inspection that covers the foundation, plumbing and electrical.

Only two homes are for sale here right now, along with one multifamily property that is not counted in the home figures. Setting up a new-listing alert is the easiest way to hear about the next one as soon as it hits the market.
